NJ Premise Liability Law: Slip-and-Fall Accidents

Who, if anyone, is held liable for slip-and-fall accidents in New Jersey? It is up to property owners to maintain their spaces, effectively removing unsafe conditions in a reasonable amount of time from when it first snowed, or something else happened that caused the property to become unsafe if not mediated. As an example, if a business owner doesn’t sufficiently clear their property of danger(s) and that condition causes someone to injure themselves, it’s the property owner who is legally at fault.
